Funding
"The Study Abroad Programs Office works in collaboration with the Scholarships and Financial Aid Office in order to provide students with the necessary information pertaining to applying for scholarships, using their financial aid, and any additional funding for studying abroad.

It is unlikely that one source of funding will pay for your entire international experience. Most students use a combination of scholarships and financial aid when studying abroad. Starting your study abroad search early will also allow you to apply for scholarships with early deadlines. You will need to be realistic when addressing your funding needs and utilizing all of your resources early will be the first step to successfully funding your international experience.

Please remember that most scholarships are not guaranteed and awarding will occur after program confirmation. Federal financial aid is disbursed 10 days before the start of the TAMU term or program departure date (whichever comes later). Program payments are usually due the terms before your program departure. "
